We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager for CloudQuery, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for CloudQuery, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term priorities, including feature development, platform improvements, and integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
- Drive the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and releases.
- Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and iterate on existing features.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that effectively communicate the value proposition of CloudQuery.
- Serve as a product evangelist, presenting and demoing CloudQuery to customers, partners, and industry events.
- Act as a product champion within the organization, providing guidance and support to sales, customer success, and support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the B2B software industry, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Big advantage: Deep understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud computing technologies.
- Familiarity with open-source software development models and communities is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive product features.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
